Accessing the Prospects Tab
To export a list of prospects from Pardot select the Prospects tab on the primary menu.
Navigating to Pardot Prospects
Now from the side menu click on Pardot Prospects.
Selecting CSV Export from Tools
On the right of the screen there is a Tools button with a drop down menu. Select the drop down menu and choose CSV Export.
Naming and Choosing Export Type
Enter the name you want to use for your export in the Export Name field. You can choose to either do an Express Export or Full Export. Generally you will want to do an Express Export as this will include only the key information you need. If you have custom fields that you want to include in your exported file, then a Full Export is preferable.
When you have chosen the appropriate option, click on the blue Export button to finish exporting your file. You will be notified when your file is available for download.
