Navigating to Pardot Settings
From the top level menu choose Pardot Settings.
Selecting the Connectors Option
Now from the side menu choose the Connectors option.

In order to sync prospects you need to choose the Salesforce.com connector from your list of connectors.

Select the cog icon to open up your connector actions.
