Navigating to Pardot Settings

To start removing a prospect from the recycle bin select Pardot Settings from the top level menu.

Accessing the Recycle Bin

From the side menu select the Recycle Bin option.

Selecting Prospects from Asset Types

Pardot will now present all of the different types of assets that are in your recycle bin. To remove a Prospect you need to choose Prospects from the list.

Undeleting a Single Prospect

You can either remove a single or multiple prospects from the recycle bin. To remove a single prospect, find the prospect from the list of prospects currently in your recycle bin. Then to the right of that individual prospect will be a cog icon. Click on the cog icon and from the drop down menu select Undelete. 

Selecting Multiple Prospects for Removal

If you want to remove multiple prospects from your recycle bin, check the box next to the name of the prospects. 

Undeleting Multiple Prospects and Confirming Selection

Then scroll to the bottom of the page. It will show how many prospects that you have selected. If this is correct then choose from the drop down menu Undelete and then select Go.
