By default reCAPTCHA will be turned on for your form, if Pardot detects a larger than normal number of submissions in a particular time frame. If you decide that you want to turn off reCAPTCHA for your Pardot form these are the steps to take.

Step 1

To begin turning off reCAPTCHA first click on the Content tab at the top of the screen.

Step 2

Next choose Forms from the side menu.

Step 3

Find the form that you want to remove reCAPTCHA from and click on the cog icon to the right of the form. From the drop down menu choose Edit.

Step 4

Next select the third tab Look and Feel from the top of the screen.

Step 5

Find the field labeled Enable explicit bot protecting using reCAPTCHA and unselect the box.

Step 6

Click on the green Confirm & Save button and reCAPTCH will now have been removed from that form.
