How to view email openers in Pardot

An important metric to monitor is the open rate, which indicates the number of recipients who opened an email. In this article, we will explore how to identify users who opened an email using Pardot.

Access the Pardot Dashboard

To access the email template, click on the “Account Engagement Email” tab and select “templates” from the side menu. This will take you to the Email List page, which shows a list of all the emails you have sent from your Pardot account. Find the email you want to track, and click on the email name to open it.

Navigate to the Email Report

To view the email report, click on the “View report” tab at the upper right of the screen.

View the Email Report

The email report displays various metrics, including the open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and more. To view the users who opened the email, click on the blue number next to the “Unique HTML Opens”.

View the List of Users who Opened the Email

You can now view the list of prospects who opened the email. This section shows the name, email address, and date/time of each user who opened the email.

Export the List of Users who Opened the Email

If you want to export the list of users who opened the email, click on the “Tools” drop down and select the “CSV Export” option. This will export the list as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel or another spreadsheet program.

Monitoring email opens is crucial for assessing your email campaign’s effectiveness. Effortlessly track the open rate and identify users who opened the email.
